Shipping
We ship our products with the Dutch TPG-post following their actual pricelist. Dutch-Headshop takes all the responsabilties for products which do not arrive or arrive damaged. This means that you can returm the damaged products. When products are missing we will start an investigation together with TPG-post.

Packaging
We send our products discrete, no logo`s and not the name of our shop on the package. Click one of the images on the right to get a bigger photo of the package.
Shipping time
For Europe you can choose between a shipping time of 3-4 workingdays or 5-7  workingdays.
We do not ship products outside Europe.
Cash on delivery
We cannot send products with COD to customers outside the Netherlands.

When you have ordered a product with us, we keep you informed about your order via email.

Please add a note with your ordernumber and reason why you returned it, also add your bank account or address so we can return your money. You have to notify us 7 days after you receive your product that you want to return your product.
