We ship our products by using the Dutch company TNT Post. Dutch-Headshop assumes all responsabilty for products that do not arrive or arrive with damage, which means that you can returm any damaged products. In case of lost products we will start an investigation in cooperation with TNT Post.  Shipping costs

For orders under 75 Euro we calculate shipping .

Packaging
We package our products discreetlly, without logos and the name of our shop won’t feature on the package. See the image on the righthand side for examples.
Shipping time
For Europe the shipping time is 3-5 working days. We do not ship products outside of Europe. Orders will be shipped after the payment is received. Cash on delivery
We cannot send products with COD to customers outside of the Netherlands. Following your order
After having ordered a product with us, you’ll be kept informed about the status of your order. Each time the status changes you’ll receive an e-mail. Return Policy
In case the product isn’t up to your expectations, you can return your product to us.
Please add a note with your order number and the reason for returning it. Also add your international bank account details (including IBAN and BIC) or your address so we can reimburse you. You will have to return the product within seven working days after receiving it in case you want to be eligible for reimbursement. Prices are according to tariffs of the Dutch company TNT Post
