Payment methods
At this moment European customers can choose between two payment methods:

• Bank transfer Europe
• Sending cash

Dutch customers can also choose:

• iDeal (Direct banktransfer)
• COD (Cash On Delivery) (Only orders above 25 Euro)

You will pay to our company LeJo Inventions, this is what you will see on your bank statement!
Soon there will be more payment options.

How can I order and make my payment

• You can order and pay as an member(which gives you certain features) and you can pay as one time visitor. The options are explained better on the login-page.
• After you have chosen one of the login options you will be directed to your details page. You have to fill in a form with your personal details.
• If all is filled in right you will go to the delivering address and shipping cost details page.
• Then you can choose a billing address and payment option. Right now you can choose between Bank transfer(Europe), Sending cash, COD(Cash On Delivery, only Netherlands above 25 Euro) and iDeal(Direct banktransfer, only Netherlands).
• Next you get an overview of your order and you will be asked to confirm the order.
• After you have clicked the confirm button you will be send to the succes page or bank page.
• After all is done you will receive an e-mail with all the details.
• We will also keep you informed about the further handling of the order.

Paying by European Bank transfer
At the Checkout choose Bank Transfer Payment - Europe.
After you`ve confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
At the end of this e-mail, all information you need to do the bank transfer is mentioned.
Codes can be named different in your country:

• BIC-code can also be named: Sort-code or Swift-code.

Why can`t we pay with credit card?
Credit card companies calculate a high commission for every order paid by credit card, this amount has to be paid by the online shop. The commission they ask is about 10 % of the total amount of the order. This amount will finally be paid by the customer (you). We think the commission is much too high. Most European countries can make international bank transfer for less.

Besides the above online shops have to deal with fraud, most fraud orders are made by credit card. these orders are paid with a stolen credit card, the shops sends the product but will never be paid by the credit card companies, or worse the shops get a fine. We do not prefer to have these costs.

Because we don`t use credit cards we have less costs and are the cheapest Headshop of Europe!
