 1: Do you put your company-name or anything else with drugs on your package ?
No, we send our products discrete, no logo`s and not the name of our shop on the package. Click one of the images on the right to get a bigger photo of the package.
2: When I make a payment by bank, what do I see on my bank statement ?
Your payment will be to our company LeJo Inventions this is what you will see on your bank statement.
3: What if my package will arrive damaged ?
Dutch-Headshop takes all the responsabilties for products which arrive damaged. This means that you can returm the damaged products.
4: What if I am not satisfied with the product, can I get my money back ?
Yes, when the product does not satisfy your expectations, you can return your product and we will return your money.
5: Why can`t we pay with credit card ?
Credit card companies calculate a high commission for every order paid by credit card, this amount has to be paid by the online shop. The commission they ask is about 10 % of the total amount of the order. This amount will finally be paid by the customer (you). We think the commission is much too high. Most European countries can make international bank transfer for less.
Besides the above online shops have to deal with fraud, most fraud orders are made by credit card. these orders are paid with a stolen credit card, the shops sends the product but will never be paid by the credit card companies, or worse the shops get a fine. We do not prefer to have these costs.
Because we don`t use credit cards we have less costs and are the cheapest Headshop of Europe !
6: How can i be sure that I receive my order ?
We garanty the delivery of your order, we take full responsibility of the delivery by the postal delivery company in your country. We are more then 5 year active as an online headshop and are officially registered at the chamber of commerce in Holland.
7: How can I change an order or correct a wrong order ?
Just make a new order! The old order will be deleted later when not paid.
