Of the different types of kratom, Thai kratom has the strongest energizing effects, while kratom from Bali and Malaysia are especially sedative. Usage
You can make a tea by pouring hot water on 3 to 5 grams of leaves or powder, and letting this steep for a couple of minutes. 10 grams would be a high dose. When taken on an empty stomach the effects are noticeable after five to ten minutes and last several hours.  |
